News Flash!
Doreen Walker, wife of Mr. Bill Walker, passed away on May 6, 2010. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to her family and friends as we rejoice in her homecoming.

Doreen served faithfully as a volunteer at Camp Oneida, the Niagara-Hamilton Association and the Baptist Federation of Canada.

She was a very committed mission minded woman and for 20 years, along with her husband Bill, ran two mission houses in Hamilton where she warmly welcomed missionaries coming home on furlough. She also chaired the Baptist Women cottage committee for many years.

Not many know that Doreen celebrated 65 years of being in Baptist Womens groups . . . she joined her first mission circle when she was 12.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 10, at Cattel, Eaton and Chambers Funeral Home (53 Main Street, Dundas) from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm; and on Tuesday, May 11, at Dundas Baptist Church (201 Governor's Road, Dundas) from 10 to 11 am. The funeral will be held immediately after at 11 am at Dundas Baptist Church.
